What is the job All about?

We are looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic & attention to detail. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Where & When Will I Work?

Houses and apartments in the cities of Vancouver, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Surrey & in between. Work is Monday to Saturday.

How Much Will I Make?

We pay on average $18-$24/hr depending on experience plus tips & mileage.

Do I work Alone or in a team?

Cleaning jobs are mostly performed by solo cleaners. For bigger jobs, we send teams of 2 or 3 people. You must have reliable transportation to mobilize to the work sites.

How do I check my cleaning schedule?

We use software where you can see your daily schedule.

How do I get paid?

We pay bi-weekly through direct deposit to your bank account.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented & committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, & ability to work both independently & as a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train motivated individuals.
  • Reliable transportation with insurance & a valid driver's license.
  • Be available Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm & some Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to our residential & commercial clients.
  • Follow a customized cleaning checklist to meet individual client needs & preferences.
  • Utilize our methods to ensure a safe & healthy environment.
  • Listen & respond to client feedback, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Each applicant will be background checked nation, state & countywide.
